Jul 19 Nat 10Mile & Night of 5Ks
NATIONAL The national 10 mile was held in the Phoenix Park today. Ger Forde took individual bronze in 50.09; Other participants were Jackie Varley 1.41.23 and Jill Kavanagh 2.02.22. NIGHT OF 5K PBs Will Fox travelled to Arklow and finished third in 15.30.

Six athletes from the club took part in the AAI Games in Morton stadium today. Alex Cullen, back from injury, had a PB with second place in the 400m (47.18). Eoin Everard, fit as ever, was second in the 1500 (3.57.23). Kate Maher had a PB of 24.22 finishing 3rd in the 200. [...]

Our juveniles have been looking outward in recent times as athletes are being selected for international events.
