Athletes should train regularly and follow the instructions of club coaches. If unable to train because of injury etc let your coach know.
When returniing to training following a long absence ease back in. Wear appropriate gear -that should include gloves, hats etc in cold weather.
On wet days make plans to get into dry gear ASAP

Juniors, Seniors and Vets -  Wednesdays  - Meet at the Watershed at 8.00pm for Warm up. 
Long Run - Castle Park (Meet at bench in upper field) Sunday mornings 9.30am 
Fit4Life - return on Thursday 3rd Sept - 
Juveniles-  All returned on Tuesday 1st Sept. Details on "home Page".

New members are always welcome - although occasionally there are waiting lists. Come along to any of the training sessions, and speak with one of the club officials. They will be delighted to give you any additional information you may require. They can also organise an application form for you or alternatively you can download the Application Form. 
It is advisable, particularly for young juveniles, that they join at the start of a term rather than midway through.
