FIXTURES - For some fixtures for 2017 please view "Fixtures Page". Note - As occasionally fixture Dates/venues can change always check with relevant club coach/official.
LEINSTER INTER-CLUB RELAYS- take place in Le Cheile A.C. athletic grounds in Leixlip, Co Kildare on Sunday 21st May commencing at 11.00am. All athletes should be at the venue at least one hour before the start of their race. The programme starts with the uneven ages So under nines need to clock in not later than 10.00am.
CLUB GEAR - Club singlets must be worn when competing in all AAI events. When purchasing Shorts remember that black is the colour for club shorts. Singlets and a selection of other items are available for purchase in the clubroom on the THIRD TUESDAY OF EVERY MONTH from 7.15 to 7.45pm.
TRACK AND FIELD SEASON - You can find the programme for the county championships on the Fixtures "HOME PAGE". It is also posted on KCH Noticeboard at The Watershed.

NEW MEMBERS - Intending members should download and complete "Application for Annual Membership" form (on "About" Page) and give completed form to a committee member or to a club coach at club training time. Forms also available at training on Tuesdays. Note:- a waiting list is in operation for under 8's, 9's, 10's and 11's. If places become available preference will be given to those on the list in date order. PARKING AT CASTLE PARK- When parking for training please avoid inconveniencing residents, and especially avoid parking on yellow lines.

KILKENNY PARKRUN - Register with KILKENNY PARKRUN and join the action in The Castle Park every Saturday morning at 9.30am for a 5K workout- It's free, You get your time, you make friends, you can do it in Dublin, Belfast, Central Park, New York etc. Just do it, Its for everyone.!! Juveniles (under 8 to 12 age groups) might consider doing just one lap or at most one and a half.
HELP: More Volunteers needed - especially for ONE HOUR on Tuesday nights- no experience required. Coach training will be provided if needed. Contact any club coach or committee member. Volunteer when dropping off/collecting your child.
